The $300 payment is a DEPOSIT ONLY. It is not the full purchase price of your Half Beast Mixed Beef Box.

The deposit secures your order and is deducted from your final invoice.

Your final total is calculated at $22 per kilogram of dressed weight, based on the actual weight of your half beast after processing.

Once the dressed weight has been confirmed, we will issue your final invoice showing the total cost, less your $300 deposit.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before your beef is delivered.

As every animal varies in size, the final total may be higher or lower than the estimated price range.

Please note: Dressed weight is not the same as packaged take-home weight. The final packaged weight will be lower due to boning, trimming and preparation.
